You confirm the piece and the colour. Nothing is ordered speculatively, so you are never sold something we are trying to move.
Stage 02
Sourced
We place the order through a supplier we have used before, collecting the box, card and paperwork that come with it.
Stage 03
Checked
On arrival the bag is inspected against the house's references, then photographed for your records before it is packed.
Stage 04
Sent
Wrapped, insured and dispatched, with tracking sent the day it leaves. Allow up to 22 days from payment to arrival.
